Kurma



Ingredients:
  • 1 lb flour
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 oz margarine

    Method:
    Combine ingredients and add enough water to make a stiff, hard dough. Roll into strips and cut into desired lengths. Fry in hot oil. Dip in sugar syrup and leave to cool.
