Sorrel Liqueur
Ingredients:
  • 4 lbs fresh sorrel
  • 4 lbs grandulated sugar
  • 1 bottle of Old Oak White Rum

    Method:
    Stuff sorrel into a jar. Pour in the sugar and then the rum, allowing the sugar to filter into the spaces in the sorrel. Seal the jar tightly and leave it to 'cure' for approximately 9 weeks.
